Emergency situation such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, or suicidal thoughts, call 911 or go to the closest Emergency room.

 

At the time of the visit if Up and Up Health provider deems necessary to have an in-person visit, you will be referred to local urgent care or hospital emergency room for further evaluation
